The presentation covered a paper titled &#8220;Second-Order Forces on a Cylindrical Wave Energy Converter Using Theoretical, Numerical and CFD Formulation.&#8221; This paper evaluated the second-order RAO of a WEC device by comparing theoretical and numerical methods based on potential flow theory. Additionally, a high-fidelity CFD model was developed.
